Between 2021 and 2023, Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM). Over these three years, CFM received a total of 7178 reported cases, 6827 valid cases and 351 invalid cases. Of these, 6947 cases were resolved, 348 were unable to be resolved, and 37 cases remained in progress. In 2021, CFM received a total of 1069 cases, including 984 valid cases and 85 invalid cases, with 783 resolved, 170 were unable to resolve, and 31 cases in progress. In 2022, the reported cases increased to 2,550, of which 2,497 were valid and 53 were invalid, with an impressive 2,402 cases resolved, 89 cases unable to resolve, and 6 cases in progress. By 2023, the reported cases rose to 3,559, with 3,346 valid and 213 invalid cases. Among these, 3,312 were resolved, and 89 were unable to be resolved.
