Dapurtoto Positive Group (National PLHIV Network) was initially organized in 2005 with participated implementation as a volunteer by the (PLHIV) (9) persons from the (National AIDS Program – (NAP), (UN Agencies), (INGOs), (INGOs), (CBOs) under the supportive assistance from the (Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV/AIDS) (GIPA), UNDP as the leading team and the (International HIV/AIDS Alliance).
